Who is Jodie Kennedy?

I am an energetic, funny, passionate and professional event manager.

I have over 25 years’ experience working across medium to large scale events such as community events, major events, stadiums, hallmark events, sporting events, government events, and music festivals around Australia.

I couldn’t have done it for this long if I didn’t love it, and if you are going to make a career out of it, you need to really love it.

I have made it my mission to upskill and empower professionals, employees, and committee members involved in events. I believe that together, we can build a more sustainable, memorable, and diverse events industry in Australia. I created these courses with you and your events front-of-mind. They are designed for every learner, no matter where you are on your event management journey.

I will break down many case studies drawn from my own experience. You will hear some great, inspiring stories and get an idea of how things work together to produce an unforgettable event. But you’ll also hear personal stories of significant and difficult learning opportunities through some tough times.
